 take a deep breath and quiet your heart as we become aware of God's loving presence around us and within us
today's passage comes from Malachi 4:2
 but for you who fear my name the son of righteousness will rise with healing and its wings
 recite God's goodness
 oh sweet Jesus you bore our sins our wounds and our diseases in your body on the cross so that we might be healed and you
 thank you for sympathizing with our weakness is I praise you for defeating sin and death through your Resurrection
 take a few moments now to recite God's goodness praising him for who he is and for what he has done in your own life
 express your neediness
Lord Jesus you know every ache and pain I face each day
 and you are the one who gives me strength to carry on
 would you give me that strength today bring healing to my body where there is Brokenness and Give Me Faith to believe that you will restore me to full health in your timing is not on this side of Eternity and when you return the set all things right

 confessing your Brokenness sharing your sickness
 telling him your need for his forgiveness and Grace and healing power in your life

 trust his faithfulness
 Lord Jesus even though all creation groans while sin and death still rather this world I praise you because you will soon bring an end Devastation and you will bring healing to those who trust in you
 he will wipe every tear from their eyes and there will be no more sickness or death
 oh Lord I just can't wait for that day
 and yet here and now
 I trust in you
 take time now to declare your trust in God's faithfulness that he is who he said he is and he will do what he said he will do in the world and in your life 2
