 take a deep breath and quiet your heart as we become aware of God's loving presence around us and within us
today's passage comes from Hosea 6:6
 where I desire faithful love and not sacrifice the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings
 recite God's goodness
 Divine love you have treated us to be in relationship with you to know you and love you and be loved by you what a gift what is simple command
 what freedom from the long list of things I impose on myself for self-improvement and self betterment thank you for your everlasting love
 and for choosing me to be your left one
 take a few moments now to recite God's goodness praising him for who he is and for what he has done in your own life
 express your neediness
 got even though the sound simple enough I find that it's not that easy for me
 to my dismay I find myself loving other things more than you so you can buy for filament and satisfaction in lesser things that I have no appetite and desire for you
 forgive me Lord I offer myself as a Living Sacrifice set apart to be yours alone
 I want to want you more
 so pause now and express your neediness to God confessing your sins and your need for his forgiveness and Grace in your life
 seek his Stillness
 the next few moments become aware of God's presence around you and within you filling you with his love
 sit quietly with him content to just be with him
 trust his faithfulness
 Lord guide you desire fix old love from us because you are faithful love when I despair of loving you as I should remind me that you are still working and me and you will be faithful to complete the good work that you have started I trust you to transform me into the 11% that you have created me to be
 so take time now to declare your trust in God's faithfulness that he is who he said he is and he will do what he said he will do
